How the office uses the information you share on this website.

This website is run by the Office of Smt. Shruti Gangwar, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha). This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and how we protect it. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
Yuva Sankalp @2047 form: your name, mobile number, email (optional), age, college or university, course and year, district, the type and topic of your submission, your message, any file you attach, and whether you are willing to be contacted for a discussion.
Contact form: your name, email and/or phone, subject and message.
Technical information: to stop spam we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for a short time, and we use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending the form. We do not keep your raw IP address with your submission.
Why we use it
- To read and review your question, suggestion, feedback or complaint.
- To contact you if your idea is selected for a discussion, or if we need more details.
- To take selected issues forward at the appropriate forums. When we do this, we share the issue, not your personal details, unless you agree.
- To prepare overall counts (for example, how many submissions came from each district). These never identify you.
Who can see it
Submissions are never shown publicly on this website. Only authorised staff of the office who are assigned to review them can read them, after signing in with a password and a second security step.
How long we keep it

Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information you gave us, or withdraw your consent. Please write to us with your reference number using the contact details below.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work (for example, to protect forms). If website analytics is switched on, it uses Google Analytics with IP anonymisation to count visits.
